Pranayama Workshop for Yoga Teachers with Amy Wheeler PhD

(Health Care Practitioners or those interested in sharing breathing techniques to help self and others are welcome)

Saturday, March 10 from Noon-3 PM

$45

Many yoga teachers are well trained in asana.  Often times yoga  teachers feel uncomfortable using pranayama techniques in group classes and with individual students.  Come learn the basics of how to teach pranayama; the healing functions of each pranayama technique; and the contraindications of the different techniques.  When you leave this workshop you will feel more confidence in your ability to use the techniques properly.  You will personally benefit as you begin a pranayama practice for yourself, and your students will also benefit as they begin to practice the healing qualities of pranayama.

This workshop can be used for Continued Education Credits.
